When a clean, sleek, unobstructed view is desired while still maintaining the strength and durability, a heavy-glass (frameless) option might be the choice to make.

Heavy frameless shower enclosures are constructed from 3/8" and 1/2" thick tempered glass and are the most frameless of all shower enclosures. The thickness of the glass provides the structural integrity, thereby allowing most, if not all, of the aluminum framework to be removed.
