Meet The Owners Behind
Wingspan Shower Door & Glass
Matt Maurice and Luke Nabak go way back—all the way to high school football (we’ll spare you the year, but picture big hits and plenty of grit). After high school, they joined forces in the auto world, sharpening their skills and hustling hard. Fast forward, and they’re now the duo behind Wingspan Shower Door & Glass, where they’ve swapped out engines for something shinier but kept that relentless focus on quality.
With Matt steering sales and Luke in the driver’s seat for operations, they’ve teamed up to deliver service, products, and craftsmanship that shatter expectations (no pun intended). Both stay hands-on, making sure every project hits their high bar—because, as they’ll tell you, good enough never is.
And they don’t just talk the talk. As active members of the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA), the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and the National Glass Association (NGA), Matt and Luke are right there at the cutting edge, bringing fresh innovations and top-notch standards to every project. So when you’re working with Wingspan, you’re not just getting glass—you’re getting the best in the business.
Matt Maurice
Sales & Owner
Raised in Brookfield, Matt got his start in the automotive industry, where he worked his way up from changing oil to creating his own repair brand, learning the ins and outs of business ownership firsthand. Along the way, he also founded a property management company, overseeing over 600 doors in the Milwaukee area.
Now, as co-owner of Wingspan Shower Door & Glass, Matt combines his years of experience in service-based trades and real estate to bring clients high-impact glasswork that transforms spaces. In his words? “There’s something about glass—it can change an entire space.” When he’s not making deals or rolling up his sleeves in the shop, you’ll find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife, twin boys, and daughter.
